Our 3rd party IECC energy inspections are designed to assess the energy performance of your home or commercial structure and identify opportunities for improvement.

FHA / HUD Inspections

FHA and HUD loans require properties to meet certain standards of safety and habitability. Our FHA/HUD inspections assess your property for compliance with these standards, ensuring that it meets the requirements for financing.

Termite and Pest Inspections

Accessibility Inspections

Our accessibility inspections assess your property for compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) standards and TAS (Texas Accessibility Standards), providing you with recommendations for making your business more inclusive and accessible to everyone.  TDLR requires a project be registered with plan review / final, TAS / RAS inspection to be completed before TDLR is finished with the project.

Pre-Cover / Pre-Drywall Inspections

Pre-cover inspections are conducted before drywall and exterior siding installation to ensure that all structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC components are installed correctly and meet code requirements. Draw Inspections

Draw inspections are conducted during the construction process to verify that work has been completed according to the terms of the construction loan agreement. Energy Inspections

RESchecks and COMchecks are energy code compliance reports required for new construction and major renovations in some municipalities for residential and commercial projects. Our inspectors will assess your plans and provide you with the documentation needed to demonstrate compliance with energy efficiency standards.  Many cities require a final inspection to verify compliance with the IECC Energy Code.  Accurate can help you with these inspections.

Plan Reviews

Plan reviews are conducted before construction begins to ensure that building plans comply with all relevant codes and regulations. COMchecks and Accessibility plan reviews can be completed for commercial projects and are required on many projects.
